In all circumstances, jlbaji's aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement limits jlbaji's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
jlbaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or poses a risk to the platform or other users.
Upon termination for breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found, jlbaji will process the return of verified funds to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

Nothing in this section prevents jlbaji from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or to prevent irreparable harm.
